To access the following systems, a ÑÇÖÞÎÞÂë StarID and password are required.

• Human Capital Management (HCM) – Time and absence reporting, benefits and compensation, HRIS, payroll, talent management, etc.
• Finance – Accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and settlement, business expenses, financial accounting, financial data model (FDM), grants, payroll, purchasing

Security administration rights for ISRS, tuition waiver information, and other administrative application access.

Access to Microsoft applications in the cloud, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Access system office departmental SharePoint/Connect sites.

• Join allows you to enter a meeting in progress by entering the Meeting ID.
• Host allows you to start a meeting right away.
• Sign in allows you to configure your account or create new meetings.
  
  

*If you are currently logged into another instance of Office 365 (e.g., StarID@lsc.edu or StarID@mnstate.edu), you will need to log out of Office 365 first before you can log in with as a StarID@MinnState.edu user. In some cases, you may have to close your browser to end the current session before you can log in with the @MinnState.edu credentials above.
