Record Retention Requirements

Federal Law CFR 200.334 states that the recipient and subrecipient must retain all Federal award records for three years from the date of submission of their final financial report. provides that a government entity that holds data itself propose, and have approved, a record retention schedule in which it specifies how long it intends to keep records.
