Registration steps

Follow the steps below to begin and complete your supplier registration.

Start at the State of Minnesota supplier resource page.

Choose Register for an Account in the supplier registration area and follow the prompts provided by the State of Minnesota.

Be prepared to provide information such as:
  • Legal business name
  • Tax identification information
  • Primary business contact details
  • Business classification and other supplier profile details, as applicable

After your registration is processed, the state will assign a supplier ID. Retain that information for future business activity.

Update your supplier profile whenever your contact information, remit-to address, tax information, or payment-related details change. Maintaining current information helps reduce processing delays.
