Certain vendor payments are subject to 1099 reporting. If the vendor was paid from local account funds, please contact Tax Services for 1099 information and reprints. If the vendor was paid with state treasury funds, their 1099 form would be issued by Minnesota Management and Budget. For reprints and questions regarding a 1099 form issued by the State of Minnesota, vendors should contact Minnesota Management and Budget's 1099 & W-9 hotline at 651-201-8201.
